My YouTube Video outlining this issue:
I've had this Acer PC Laptop since 2013. Awhile back, I put in a new hard drive and it seems to be one problem after another. That said, in my 2 + decades using PCs, I have NEVER run into such a stupid situation inputting Windows login passwords! The really annoying part is after several failed attempts to input letters (Or anything besides numbers!) for the login password, I have to type in a code to regain entry to the Windows login password screen. For this, I am able to input letters, but NOT when I'm back in the Windows login password screen!
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this, and if there's a solution? The OS is Windows 10, if that helps.
