Saw this today and thought it was interesting. I think it's a good idea. Why should the lawyers walk away with thousands of dollars because two people decide to end a marriage?
On a funny note, on the same page as this story is an ad for match.com so while you're reading about getting divorced online, you can pick out your next ex-wife (or ex-husband).

Sounds great, but only if the couples that's splitting up can agree on everything. From what I've seen, that ain't often.
