    Good morning, all.

Has anyone else experienced problems with the remote on this unit? I am on my 2nd unit now. With the 1st unit, neither the codes for other components nor the learning feature for other components' remote controls worked (where you point the 2 remotes at each other and it is supposed to learn that function). I returned it and got another. On this one, none of the codes work, and only a small amount of commands have worked from a learning remote perspective. However, strangely enough, it controlled my Hitachi TV out of the box, so that was a positive.

Has anyone else experienced this with this model, or other models with the same feature?

    Hi Kevin,

I've got a 602 also, and had the same problem ! Couldn't get the Remote to Learn a few Functions from my other Remotes. I had a JBL "Take Control" Remote laying in a drawer. Took that out and Programed that to do most of the functions I needed. Still just use the 602 Remote for the Basics .
