Greetings to all. Am in the process of upgrading our A/V home theater receiver and looking very seriously at the Onkyo TX-NR777, Here's my dilemma.... For our family room where we have the current system (Sony Theater in a box) set up I have started replacing the small Sony speakers with Polks. I had a pair of Polk M3's sitting so put those in place of my fronts. Just bought a Polk center channel so have those 3 hooked up now. (vast improvement over the Sonys). Desire will be to add additional Polks, to include subwoofer. These will all be hard wired to the Onkyo receiver. Question is this... how do I hook up "wireless" speakers to Zone 2? Example of use > kids/grandkids watching movie in family room, while the adults are "playing" outside or in the living room... desire being music through wireless that we could move to where we would want it.

Looking forward to any advice you might have for connecting this up, and wireless speaker recommendations as well.

Wireless doesn't generally work from Zone2 by default. Most folks will by a Sonos Connect or similar, and hook that up to the Zone2 pre-outs. You then have to put Sonos wireless speakers in the rooms you want to be able to listen to.

I had heard or read somewhere that I can get some type of Bluetooth connector that plugs into back of the 777 in zone 2 that then drives to the speakers via Bluetooth... but can't find that article... have you ever heard of connecting with some type of Bluetooth connector???
