Onkyo 595 Remote... Digital Cable box? (1 Viewer)

Ok... I've been using my Jamo's and my Onkyo 595 for a few weeks now.... sounds great... ... I have a Panisonic DVD, Toshiba 32", and a Digital Cable Box...
I've put in general code to control all my components... but... I would like to do all the important stuff on the Onkyo remote... For example... on the Digital cable box... is it possible to program a few buttons that will allow me to hit "Guide"... and then I can scroll thru all the programs like I do on the cable remote?
Is this doable... or am I better of just getting one of those cool $40 Sony remotes... and putting EVERYTHING on it?

I have the 595 and use the remote for my digital cable box (Comcast). Dust off your instructions for your 595 and find the section about programming your remote... you'll find what you're looking for.
