I am looking at a refurb HK 325 7.1 receiver. Although there are outputs for a left and right surround back, I only have one surround back speaker and adding a second is not an option due to room configuration. Does anyone know if I can just connect my one surround back to either of the surround back outputs with favorable results? If not, I will probably end up purchasing a Denon 1803 or 2802 (6.1s).

Thanks!

You may be able to go to H/K's site and look up the manual to find this out.

I would say that, since the rear center info is the same, it should make no difference if you only use one. This will actually reduce the amount of current draw on the amp section.
