On the Run: The Road Movies Tournament (1 Viewer)

I rarely criticize how people run their tournaments because I run a lot and I know how it feels. But unless I'm missing something some films that were seconded, but not thirded are out, while others that were not seconded made it to the wild card list. That doesn't seem right to me.
