Well, I'm not sure if it's about money your worried about, but if it is, you should check out the Denon AVR-2802. It is almost exactly like the 3802 but it has less power (90 watts per channel) and a different remote...also it's cheaper. All the rest is the same as of what I have read. Another big difference between the 2802 and 3802 is the 2802 does not use the Analog Devices SHARC processing nor the DDSC circuitry.
The 3802 is the lowest Denon model to use the real SHARC chip, and the 5800 used 2 of them.
