I have recently re-acquired my RCA DTC-100, audio authority VGA converter, and Toshiba TW40X81,from a bitter HDTV custody battle. Will my old dual LBN oval dish still work with Directv's current service? Or will I have to upgrade to the triple LBN dish???

It will work, but only for the SD satellite channels. Currently all of DirecTV’s HD channels are on the other two satellites, which require the triple LNB, elliptical dish.
