Our family has several old home movies on 8 mm film that I'd like to transfer onto DVD. I had these movies transferred years ago onto VHS tape, but I was not happy with the results.
Is it possible to do this? Are there such services available? How exorbitant is the cost? Any links that you can provide me?
Also, what is the cheapest way to transfer VHS tapes onto DVD if one doesn't have a DVD-burner or a DVD recorder?
