I was at Wal-mart today and inside this weird stand they had old tapes for sale. Awesome shows too!
    They had the following:

    I bought:
Rocko's Modern Life-With Friends Like These
    Rocko's Modern Life-Machine Madness
Ahh!Real Monsters-Monster's Night Out (I bought the only copy!)
    Ahh!Real Monsters-Meet The Monsters

The also had 2 different tapes for Ureka's Castle,Alegra's Window,& Hey Arnold!(already have em).

And the best part is they are $3.88 each!Atleast at mine they were...Buy them while you can, there weren't many copies.

Well I didn't mean that old. But these are shows that aren't shown anymore and the tapes are no longer being made. I would consider that old.

What is this . . . . "Tape" that you speak of? Is it used to bind the DVD case closed somehow?

Yeah, when I saw "old," I was expecting something like the Josie and the Pussycats & Wacky Races tapes I found at a local Dollar General.
