Adam Carolla (sp?) from the Man Show on Comedy Central.

Adam Carolla (sp?). He's been the cohost of Loveline for several years, and more recently has gained notoriety as cohost of The Man Show on Comedy Central.

Speaking of voice-overs.....That IS Tim Conway on those TV Land promos isn't it?
And who is that "breathy", over-the-top voice you now hear all the time on NBC (and elsewhere, including movie promos)? Quite hilarious. You know who I mean .... "All new E.R.; NBC Thursday!"

The NBC guy sounds like Don LaFontaine. But another (similar-sounding) well-known-in-the-biz guy is Hal Douglas.
