If y'all had the chioce, what would you see as the "best" HT configuration?
1) Dipoles to the sides, Directs at the rear
2) Bipoles to the sides, Directs at the rear
3) 2 sets Dipoles on each side (in line with two rows of seating), Directs at the rear
4) 2 Sets Bipoles on each side (in line with two rows of seating), Directs at the rear
5) Directs at sides and rear
Or
6) 2 Directs each side, directs at rear?

Thoughts?

The "Best" setup would be dipoles, bipoles and directs at both the rear and the sides. Then you just swap banana plugs into the speakers for your preference at the time.

I say it really depends on the movie you want to watch and personal taste for surrounds. If I had to choose an option above it would be #5 optimized for a single seating position.
