It was an open box deal. Everything runs great, full warranty etc but they didnt have the manual. Is there one I can get online to view, to learn about this remote? [IMG]
Also, i tried changing the volume through another room, and it didn't work.....

Using the RF remote from another room (or ever from around the corner) requires you to have the remote antennae wire exposed. I've run mine under my 4080 and let the tips of the wires hang out from under the front of the unit, and it works from all over my HT room and even from right outside the room.

Play with the placement of that wire (and make sure you have fresh battaries) and you should get it to work from most anywhere.
