This movie reminded me of Goyer's last movie, The Invisible, in that I nearly forgot what I'd just seen about five minutes after it ended. I only recall vague impressions of shallow, sarcastic rich kids getting screwed by supernatural forces.
Hope this isn't un-germane, as I haven't seen the movie, but something has been bugging me about it. Based on what I've seen in the advertisements/trailers, it appears the main character is aged somewhere in her late teens. The unborn kid, who was to have been her twin (right?), that terrorizes her looks to be about 8 years old. For me, this does not compute. Seems if the kid was never born, he oughta either look like an embryo, or look the same age as his twin sis. Am I missing something here?
Thanks for the warning guys. I haven't been on here in a while. I've joined the world of parenting and a 1 year old daughter means dad's trips to the silver screen are now few and far between.
Got a sitter for the evening and planning to take the wife out. You just saved me $20. Hopefully there is something out there worth watching.
Good to get on here again. Just like the old days. Brett M, Chuck, Crawdaddy, Andy, and my good buddy Obi Wan Timobi. Staples of the HTF.
