Cinemax is awful with some of their showings like "Sharky's Machine" which wasn't even in a widescreen format.

Mojo is useless for anything wider than 1.78.

Another thing I hate is how Universal HD has started airing movies with commercials. I have to wait a little while for them to start.

Is there a good way to get movies onto another medium, like a hard drive or DivX disc, while retaining the HD resolution? I have two movies that are unlikely to be released on BD anytime soon and are not even on DVD.

HD Net movies showed that one some time ago, as usual OAR. Which makes the P&S status of that film's DVD even more puzzling.

That's what DVR is for... I watched Armed and Dangerous on UHD last night in all it's ridiculous 80's glory, OAR and commercial-free. Addams Family and Addams Family Values are on this weekend!
