The award I'm most looking forward to is Cinematography. Will the great Roger Deakins finally win for Blade Runner:2049, or will Dunkirk win a 4th craft Oscar?

I think the animated feature category needs to go away if it means they will never nominate another animate film for BP. Coco should have been a best picture nom IMO. Glad it won though!

I agree but I think if they did that, the reality would be that about once every decade an animated movie would manage to get a BP nomination so at least with the animated category, they get some recognition.

Way too much time on fluff. A very small percentage of the time has been spent on the actual awards.

Tough category (Original Screenplay), all worthy candidates. Clearly a "spread-it-around" kind of night. I think it's possible that no film will even win 4 Oscars.
