I just watched this movie again and I was wondering, did Donal Logue wear a "fat prosthetic" for this movie? I know he's a big guy but there was something kind of fake about the way he looked in this movie.

Yup, he had a prosthetic on for that role. If he didn't, it would have been kind of scary how quickly he put on all that weight and then how quickly he lost it all

Another question, what was in the box that he received by mail and I believe put under his bed without opening it? I believe I missed it in the movie, and have always wondered since. Is it even important?
