Liberace - "The Candelabra Kid" vs. Mohammed Ali - then Cassius Clay - as "The Punching Poet" square off w/Jack Paar as referee of "The Battle of the Century!" They sparred w/music, lyrics and poetry! Was originally scheduled for Friday November 22nd, 1963 but was preempted by the tragic assassination of JFK in Dallas. The videotaped program was aired the following week.
