To those who have this DVD, does yours have an insert card? Mine doesn't, and I thought maybe it didn't have an insert card since the chapter listing is on the back cover anyway.

I know that the Canadian edition by Seville doesn't have an insert. Not sure about the American version by Trimark.

This is typical for Lions Gate and Seville releases. My copies of Amores Perros and Bully also do not have inserts, rather a chapter listing on the back cover.
