I just got the DENON AVR-S530BT and it's really great. Movies sound amazing and even just the fm radio sounds a lot better than I've ever heard it.

Just one thing, though. I find it really odd that there isn't any night mode compression available for the multi channel stereo mode, which is what youtube plays in....for some stupid reason. This would really help me at night. For some reason, the dynamic range on youtube videos can vary wildly and I thought that a night mode could help, but it appears that night mode is only for the dolby/dts movie modes. Don't know why this is. It could help for stereo, too.

oh, well. Just felt like ranting and if I get help out of it, more the better.

Matt,

You should be able to change the processing form All Channel Stereo manually by pressing the Mode Movie button

I don't have a mode movie button. There is a button that will cycle through things like direct, stereo, Pro Logic....but that doesn't do anything to compress the sound. it just changes which speakers the sound goes through.
