I'm in the middle of moving and placed my NHT2.9 in the hallway, when a house guest knocked it over! One corner of the speaker was chipped when it hit the wall. However, the speaker seems to be in tact. What can I expect when I listen to it again? Anyone's experience or knowledge on this matter would greatly help or make me feel even more miserable!

Thanks

The cable guy was working on my stuff, and knocked over one of my speakers on a stand. It took a pretty hard hit (when it hit him on the head :eek )and took a decent dent. No affect at all sound wise. Only way you will know is to hook it up and give it a listen. I'd say it will probably be OK. If anything, the x-over may be damaged, but the drivers should be fine.
