NHL 2K3 question (1 Viewer)

OK gang, here's a simple one.

Sega NHL 2K3, better on PS2 or GameCube? I am more interested in GAMEPLAY than in GRAPHICS.

The gameplay should be pretty much the exact same on each system. The game may play a bit better with the PS2 controller, but I've only played the NHL2K series on DC and XBox (which is the best version), so I couldn't say.

Just by going back through the IGN Head to Head for NHL2K3, they seemed to prefer the Gamecube for control, mainly because of the availablity of the Wavebird.

It sounded like if you don't have an Xbox, you couldn't go wrong with the PS2 or Gamecube version.

It's $50 bucks on all of the systems though at the moment. So, I would just go with the system you're playing the most at the moment.
