I'm really surprised about the Globetrotters, given that the Harlem Globetrotters are still a successful touring company, and that was the first cartoon that I can think of to center on black characters. They even featured in some memorable New Scooby Doo Movies. Fantastic Four not only suffers because of the division of rights between Warner and Disney, but also probably because of Disney's disinterest in most of its older properties., which is a shame.
Maybe Shout Factory could take Globetrotters off CBS' hands.

Hopefully the FF dispute will be resolved in time to get a DVD set out for the next FF movie.
You guys should submit requests for the Harlem Globetrotters Cartoon on Pluto TV! Pluto can access that cartoon from the CBS Library since they're both under the Paramount Umbrella but the obstacles for Pluto TV Streaming are approval from the Harlem Globetrotters themselves, licensing for the theme song, and royalties

I was quite surprised this morning to see that iTunes has added the Ruby Spears show Fangface for purchase. Fingers crossed we see a physical release soon for this show 🤞🤞
That would be nice. Its been well over 2 years since the last WAC DVD release and over a year since the last blu ray.

Yes, and that would please the two men who both died two years ago. That is, Joe Ruby and Ken Spears themselves.

Maybe we'll see season 2 of Fangface with his nephew what's his name? This was the decade of Scrappy Doo, and every cartoon program had to have a nephew character. Maybe Goldie Gold will be next? Season two of Plastic Man?

I would still like to see "Heathcliff And Marmaduke" (they already released the first season, "Heathcliff And Dingbat") as well as "The Flintstone Comedy Hour" and "The New Fred And Barney Show."

Seems like they do not care about CLASSIC 1950's Hanna Barbera kind of sad and of course they will not third party them the toons we all grew up with --- can u imagine Yogi Bear on WPIX TV 6:30 at night early 60's! And the parents watched them with the kids!

Ok. This is not HB, but in a related ballpark. Personally, I think it’s an odd release choice, but I’m ok with it. I preferred the New Adventures several years later. https://13thdimension.com/1968s-filmation-batman-to-get-remastered-blu-ray-release-in-2023/
Thats good news at least we are still getting something Saturday morning. They released a remastered in HD Aquaman 1967 by Filmation a year and a half ago on HBOmax. I thought they would have released that by now on Blu Ray.

I'm hoping we can at least get the early shows of the company finally released on dvd/blu-ray. Rough and Ready, Huckleberry Hound Show, and Quickdraw Mcgraw Show (and their associated cartoons) all need complete releases. I would like to see Touche Turtle as well.

I wish they would risk it and release a Scrappy TV Series on Blu-Ray

The New Scooby & Scrappy Doo Show/The New Scooby Doo Mysteries have strong episodes and Scrappy isn't "annoying" in them

Yes and kind of a surprise but good news and its in OAR which is good too. I'm hoping they follow up with The Man Called Flintstone in OAR
but if you will compare this and bluray version, bluray has cropped up and down picture. I dunno why but just look at this: as i can see this on youtube:

so i dunno if the bluray is really worth and better.the quality is good of course but cropped? even baby bear has cropped left leg on this picture just like upper helicopter

Yes, and also the following...
* The New Fred and Barney Show (1979)
* The (New) Flintstone Comedy Show (1980-81) (only sticking point here is the Shmoo, an Al Capp original)
