Hi I just bought a home theater system and I bought a surround sound speaker mount, should I mount my 45 watt each surround speakers on the wall in the back or should I mount it on the ceiling (which would yield better results)
One more question I bought a pair of monster xp speaker cables to replace my cheap speaker cable on my front speakers but I have a problem the old speaker cable wont come off it seems to be glued should I cut half of it off and twist the new monster cable together with the old speaker cable or should I just leave it alone
Thank you for your reply:)

This may be of use in assisting in positioning your speakers. assuming you can't get the wires off any other way such as opening the back up and then just getting the old ones off and the new ones on, splicing is fine. you'll want to stagger your splices to avoid any potential shorts.
