I need a player and receiver for under $300. What do you recommend? I liked the Sony players at Best Buy; about $130. WHat receivers do ya'll recommend? Yamaha? Denon? please help

Well, why not go for a brand new JVC 6020 $199

Or go with the JVC 7020 $299

The difference between the 2 is that the 7 series has
component video switching.
Both have Dolby Prologic-II. (DTS and DD, as well)
Do a search on www.pricegrabber.com for better pricing.
(The 6020 is $179 and the 7020 is too new for discounting...)
