Hi all,

I'm setting up my first home theater in a 14x14 ft media room with a 9 ft ceiling. The room is pre-wired for in-wall front 2 speakers, top 4 speakers, and a projector. My primary use is watching movies, and I prefer a projector-based setup. My budget is around $6,000 but can stretch up to $8,000 if needed.

I’d appreciate your guidance on the following:

1. Screen Recommendations
   • What screen size would work best for my room dimensions?
   • Which are the best screens currently available in this budget range?
2. Projector Suggestions
   • Which projector would be a good fit for my room and offer excellent movie-watching quality?
3. Speaker Setup
   • With my pre-wired setup (front 2 and top 4 speakers), would it be better to go with a 5.1.4, 7.2, or another configuration?
   • Any recommendations for a high-quality speaker system?
4. Receiver Suggestions
   • What receiver would work well for this setup?
5. Subwoofer Advice
   • Should I purchase the subwoofer separately? If yes, which one would you recommend for this room size and budget?
