According to listing in DVD Profile's Database there are two new VE disks coming. One is a Digital Home Theater edition in November. Then In January there's a High Definition Version coming. Does anyone have any info on either of these ? Also I own a Mit 65807 that Gregg has calibrated and I'm wondering which would be beneficial for me to get.

here is a post (edited) from Alan Brown of CinemaQuest on the SPot:

The revised release schedule is now:
* Digital Video Essentials in 1080ix60 frame D-Theater D-VHS and 720p/60 to be introduced at CEDIA Expo, September 25.
* Digital Video Essentials Home Version on DVD to be introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show, January, 2003.
* Digital Video Essentials Pro on DVD at some later date.
Joe Kane of VE states in Sept Widescreen Review there will be two Home versions: one in 480p/25 format; the second in 576p/25 format. Audio will be mastered in six discrete channels DD and Dts, and include PCM tests. Disk demos also will show "why the room is so important to both the audio and visual presentation."

I suppose all of this is subject to change and rollouts.
