Matt, Did you look at the link? It's a universal clamp type mount and doesn't bolt to the projector.

Matt -

The extension is adjustable from 13" to 18" including the threads on each end. Of course, you don't have to use the extension at all. You can go to home depot and get one of their standard lengths of threaded pipe (in lengths from 2" on up) for a couple of bucks.
