New TV has spots on screen???? (1 Viewer)

I just took my new Toshiba 51H83 out of the box and I noticed tiny spots all over the screen. At first I thought it was dust or part of the packaging, but the spots look to be behind the screen protector. Any ideas on what this could be? Will it affect my viewing?

are the spots colored or just like black spots because if it is black spots you have particles inside back of the screen and if you can get access to the inside of the set then you can gently remove the spots

They are white spots, and after further investigation, there are some on the outside of the screen as well. They almost look like tiny paint flecks. I tried cleaning them gently with a soft cloth but they wouldn't come off.

I went up to Best Buy and explained the situation and they are going to deliver a new TV tomorrow. Needless to say I'm pleasantly suprised with Best Buy's customer service.
