Does anyone know what this is?

Stardust is one of my very favorite films of all-time. Incidentally, it turns 10 years old today. While I am very happy with the current Blu-ray release which I have, it's one of those that would get my attention on any double-dip if it has different features, and I stumbled on this at Amazon tonight.

I know this title was originally released by Paramount and then passed over to Warner Bros. in their Paramount catalog deal which seems to have ended, so my guess is it may just be a reissue by Paramount. However, Amazon's page says Universal, which is really odd since I don't think they've ever had anything to do with this film as far as I know.

If it is a new release, do we know if there are any new features on it? I've not seen a press release for it.

That's a mistake on Amazon's part. This is just another reissue by Paramount. They're doing so with many of their titles over the next 2-3 months.

Thanks. No reason to believe it has anything new on it other than a straight reissue of the previous disc?

Pretty much. There are a ton of similar reissues going on with Paramount titles right now. Unless you see a specific press release about it (for instance, Saturday Night Fever just got a new director's cut edition), I think it's safe to assume that it's just a reissue of the same edition that was previously available.
