According to Amazon the 805 shipped first on April 1st...

Looks nice from the limited info there and what I already know about the 605,

Anyone have more detailed specs?

With those specs @ $999, you'd think Denon would be rethinking their pricing structure no? Although, I see no THD% displayed yet for ANY of the new models.

How does Onkyo compare to Denon anyway? I've been a Denon man for a while and jumping ship is not easy for me.

there is big thead about Onkyo receivers on avs, and I think 605 will be out in 2 weeks, and each model will go out till august.....I think I saw that 805 will be out in jun/july

Onkyo is no Denon but still puts out a very fine product. Man, some of those prices are rather good.
