Well, it's April... and I believe the new models should start hitting the shelves right?

Will this forum have any comparisons to the older versions, or at least compare the new sets against each other?

Depends on the brand. Panasonic's new models will be out June/July. Toshiba June-October depending on the model (most around August).

New Samsungs (at least some of their 2003s) should be out any day.

Oh... my bad. For some reason I thought that most new models came out this month. Thanks for the info though.
