New Member Can't Post (1 Viewer)

A friend of mine who just registered appears to be unable to post new messages and replys. It appears that his account is locked. Is this a new thing with new members, or is it a fixable problem?

Has he received a "welcome" email from Ron Epstein? Until he gets that, the account hasn't been activated.
