Wow, those are some lookers!

I got my old QLS- line clearance from www.yawaonline.com and scored a great deal. MB Quart is relatively unknown in the HT world, but they were the first speakers I heard that made me want to upgrade my 6 year old Energy C6s (now currently in the bedroom).

Rockford is putting out alot of mb products now. they even have new car audio amps.

They may sound great ( I know the car audio stuff I have had does) but to me they look too "Ikea".

In person they looked nice but had a bit too much clearcoat over the veneer and made it look like plastic.

My old Energy C6s had beautiful rosewood which was covered by too much clearcoat (IMO). Aside from the improvement on sound, what also helped sell me on the QLS 1030s I bought was the darker wood veneer without the clearcoat. Check out the QLS-1030 line. Those wood finishes are for the entire QLS line. The one I bought is the one on the left-hand side of the pic.
