When the SE got cancelled, Joel Silver said he wanted to do a new version with a new transfer. We'll probably see it around the time Revolutions hits video.

I was only referring to your ealier post, so if you were referring to that, then I was too...

I would very much like to see a new DVD version with a new transfer, a new commentary and a new audio mix that hasn't been modified for 2.0 downsampling.

I think the Trilogy Box Set with The Animatrix DVD will sure to come down the road too. I am not getting Matrix anything till the mega collector set eventually comes out. These guys will try to milk this thing as much as they can.
Can't blame them.

Perhaps this is just a rumor but I heard that they would like to connect all the movies together and make it one film. Now I would love to have this, but from what I hear, basically everything they shot for Number 1 was in there so I don't see the connection. Anyone add too this at all?
