New HDTV and HD problem (1 Viewer)

I just had Comcast HD service installed on a new Samsung TXN3275HF HD monitor. Everything looks great, except the HD signals have this strange strip down the right side of the picture that's about .75" wide. It's lighter than the rest of the picture, and sometimes looks like a reflection. No video adjustments seem to do anything with it.

Any ideas?
