I'm guessing the 320 if the 5500 is the current 520, which I'm confident is the case.

The 320 does 6.1 but the avr-3500 doesn't. Maybe its the avr 225??

    Hello Dave,

    I think you're right. If I recall the 3000=210, 4000=310, 5000=510. So, if the 5500=520, then the 4500=320, 3500=225 or 220.

    Hi Dave,

I believe the above post is correct:

    AVR 2500 = AVR 120
    AVR 3000 = AVR 220
    AVR 2550 = AVR 125
    AVR 3500 = AVR 225

Note the weight changes in the 120 and 125 that are similar to the weight changes in the 2500/2550.

    Cheers
    Jonathan

BTW: I guess you'll be dealing with Listening Post? If so, you may look at the 2000/3000 as they are similar but older models (No DPL2 - No big deal IMO)

    Hi Jonathan,

Do you have any idea what the avr 3550 is. Is it the newer model of the avr 3500 or is it just the next step up. Also do u know the usa model number for the avr 3550.

    Cheers

Looks like it would be the new 225. The 3500 was likely the 220.
