That reminds me of the time when I was younger I didn't know that I Love Lucy's Lucy was a red head. I didn't find out until I went to Universal Studios. I was shocked to the say the least.

But was it really red? Lucille Ball died her hair red using henna for at least
the last 40 years of her life!

Great.... something else I don't know. Next thing you're going tell me is that they had green couches and pink walls. ;)

If somebody can prove the algorithm using a control clip (it doesn't have to be long - five seconds would do it - something we all know, but including people so that rules out the Hindenburg clip.) then I'll get excited.

The BBC will never spring for colorization of any material because of the cost - somebody would have to offer to do it for free.
