Those look like game-play shots, not just cinematic cut-scenes. Joy! Now could we only hope they put in Joss Whedon-style comments and "Buffyisms".
My fear is that this is just a fight-game dressed up with Buffy graphics & backgrounds. Nothing I've read to date tells me that it's anything more. (Ok, I really want Halo set in the Buffy Universe - I can dream cant I?)

Er, sorry, I made a mistake. After digging around a few previews, it looks like EA is the publisher after all. I could have sworn I read that Microsoft had stepped in and taken on the publishing of it but maybe I got it confused with some other announcement. Anyway, in that case I guess we better worry

Yeah I had a feeling it was EA. They tend to get their grubby mits on any TV/Movie franchise with great videogame potential these days...and somewhat screw it up. I hope for the best. Visually it is ceretainly lookiny great!
