First , thanks to all who responded to my first thread . Now I will provide more info .My room is 19'x12' , I have complete control over the ambient light ,, I also can place seating at any distance ..
My main viewing will be DVD movies and DVD music videos ,, My budget is about 4K but I have most of the speakers as I have four high end studio monitors , so most of the 4 K can be spent on projector and surround amp. I plan on building the screen... Sooo do you think 90" wide 16:9 screen is too big ? Any imput is welcome..

it depends on what kind of projector you will be using, but 90 is reasonable for most anything, and totally reasonable (IMO) for light output of digital projectors. As a CRT fan myself, I would find in unwatchably large with a digital projector, but that's just me.
