    Have you seen the original Frank Capra classic from which it was based? "Mr. Deeds Comes to Town" starring Gary Cooper was great.

    sure haven't and actually this trailer is different then the one I just saw on tv, they left alot of the funny stuff out. Try to catch it on TV commercials, as this trailer does not do it justice

    I haven't seen the original, but I saw a pretty unfunny John Goodman comedy (late 80s' early 90's) called "King Ralph" that seemed very similar.
    "Mr Deeds" looks like the same old Adam Sandler movie. I'll see it for sure. [​IMG]
