Description
This is a new Pre I have only opened to take the pictures of it. This package complete with preamp, power supply, remote with batteries, and owner's manual. All control features are accomplished from the remote. I will ship for free. Price is $200.00 .
This is a great-sounding little preamp (228mm x 145mm x 59mm) that has great features and is super affordable. Acoustic Energy originally marketed these with it's Aego 5 system as a complete 'home theater in a box', but many of these were sold separately at their original retail price of $799. Features include 5 inputs - 3 stereo pair line level, 1 coaxial digital, and 1 optical digital. There are two sets of outputs - 1 set of 6 RCA line level (FL, C, FR, SL, SR, SUB), as well as a multipin output that may be used with an optional G9 multipin-RCA cable to control 2 systems. Control features include - Bass Manager button that switches between 3 different bass configurations plus flat; DRC button that switches between 3 different dynamic range compression rations for late night listening; speaker switches to switch off center, sub and surround speakers; Field button that switches between 6 different sound fields; EQ Setup button that switches between 5 EQ band settings; Preset button that switches between 4 different total setups, plus other standard type controls.
