Is there a way to set up a LAN with two ps2's that each have network adapters? I do not have linux for ps2 so that is out of the question.I have a linksys befsr41 and a bunch of extra lines running up to my room so I do not have to worry about that. I am trying to get a LAN game going on tony hawk 4. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Just set up the NAs for each PS2 to work with the LAN so they can access the internet, then start up a game as the instruction booklet describes (I assume one person has to start a game and someone else has to join it).

If you're hooking one PS2 up directly to another via ethernet cable you most likely need to use a crossover cable rather than a standard ethernet cable. This allows you to not require a hub/switch in the middle.
