Netgear router firmware upgrade (1 Viewer)

There are three firmware upgrades available for my router (WGR614 v3) at the Netgear site. Is there anything tricky about a firmware upgrade? Never done it before. Sporadic minor issues, thought maybe the upgrade would take care of it. Thanks for any thoughts on this.

no, I've done router firmware upgrades on my Netgear several times. It's very straightforward and easy. Just follow the instructions.

Thanks Greg. I'll give it a try. Do I need to do a firmware upgrde on my notebook card as well?

no, only on the router, flashing a netcard wouldnt have any effect.

A few minor bumps, but overall the upgrade went pretty smooth. Glad I backed up my settings though. I could'nt change them after the upgrade and then I just restored my settings from the backed up copy an voi la I'm back up and running. Everything seems to be working well. thanks for the help.
