I certainly don't remember this being reported in the press or discussed in the forum. Now that I read the article, I do remember Netflix suddenly dropping their purchase program with no reason given. It seemed weird at the time, but I didn't give it much thought. Just one more reason to move then from the "Good Guy" column to the "Greedy Bastards Column". (Is there anybody left in the Good Guy column?)

The suit looks like a completely unprovable hail mary.. walmart's 'settlement' is more a way to just give out coupons to try their new service (Vudu) so I'm sure they are broken up over it.
