Netflix Service Cancellation

    I canceled my rental membership on Saturday, the day before they were supposed to bill my credit card. The last movie out is in the mail as of Saturday. Still, my credit card was billed $21.35. I wrote to Customer Service, and the Customer Service rep claims my rental membership is still active. Anybody got experience with this?

    How did you cancel your membership? As I recall, when I canceled, I emailed customer service separately asking for confirmation that the cancellation had registered, in order to avoid just what you've described.

    I would confirm to customer services that the account was canceled, return all your DVDs (if you haven't already done so), and if Netflix doesn't void the charge, I'd dispute it with the CC company.
