Greetings all:
I ran a search for this but couldnt find an answer? I have been a Netflix user for a few years and have been fairly pleased with service...BUT!! Have recently been receiving P&S versions of some latest releases..Argh and most recently "Bandits" which I refuse to watch in such. I have explored their WWW site for info. on changing my preference to WS or even different versions of releases in OAR as an option without any luck. Has anyone been able to call them directly or have any suggestions to deal with this. What a pain for me and expense to Netflix when I have to send these back to them the same day because they send me the P&S crap.
