Hi everyone,
Ok, here's my scenario.I'm an 18 year old student who still lives at home. I decided I wanted to move away from the mini-system for my sound and get a real reciever. So im starting my system off with a reciever, and going to get speakers as i can afford them. Ive been doing a little bit of reading and i think i have it narrowed down to the Pioneer VSX-D814-k/s
and the Panisonic XR-50.
Any suggestions are welcome.

oh, and price is an issue, which is why i have it narrowed down to somewhat inexpensive models.

update:After more reading I'm 99% sure im going with the panasonic
unless someone gives me any reason i should not.
