I have a pair of Epicure model 3 speakers-the later models from the '80's. These are towers, about 3' tall and have a rounded back design (like a KEF) and also a plastic base that is about 3" high. Speaker terminals underneath, in the plastic housing, where the label says Epicure model 3. These speakers were given to recently, sound wonderful and are in great shape. I'd like to use them in a new home theater setup, but want to make sure I match the center and surrounds as well as I can before I just go out and buy anything.
I'd appreciate any/all feedback on impedence (I think they are 6 ohm) and what else I might need to consider when matching these up.
Thanks all for any advice.

I also have a pair of Epicure's. I own the Cd 50's which are loaded with a horn tweeter. I went with a klipsch center channel that was horn loaded and it sounds pretty amazing.
